    Results
  • Tomy now have a fully automated B2B solution with full online and email marketing capability, which supports a fully automated order process through integration with Tomy systems. The solution provided retailers with the facility to review their account, stock, order and despatch status online. It also enhanced the efficiency of sales representatives; by freeing up the time previously spent processing orders manually, sales representatives can now focus on larger retailers who require more personal support. The delivered solution enhances the Tomy sales team efficiency and greatly increases the speed and accuracy of order processing.
